Each orangery is individually designed to suit specific requirements.
Many orangery conservatories heavily feature use of brickwork, pillars and ‘atrium style roof sections and many times are more of a full home extension than a simple sun room. Each orangery conservatory is unique in terms of size shape & look with nothing ‘off the shelf’ about the way they are designed & built to customer requirements.
It is in part due to the size and complexity of modern orangeries as home extensions, that means they do require more pre-planning than a typical conservatory, and in many instances for medium to large orangeries you will need to be prepared for longer installation times and probably require some sort of planning permission prior to construction.
Your orangery, depending on the size, could require planning permission & need to meet building regulations even though most conservatories come under a ‘permitted development’ category. It’s always advisable to check with your local planning authority.
All orangeries are fabricated and installed to the highest standards with associated building works carried out in accordance with good building practice. Installation conform to the latest Building Regulations and are carried out by Tradesmen who take pride in their work to ensure customer satisfaction.
